Grand Slam Campaign & Internal Sales Contest

The goal of this campaign was to create a fun and exciting spring sales event and inject high energy into the sales team.

We sent distributors a grand slam poster, with each base unveiling a new offer, along with a Serta branded foam finger. To keep customers engaged, we sent weekly emails reminding them of the Grand Slam promotion. On the sales floor, we formed teams, created custom logoed swag like shirts and hats, and hung large banners on the salesroom walls. A high-energy kickoff event set the tone, and teams competed each week to see who could hit a Grand Slam.

The team was energized and rallied around a fun competition, creating one of the highest sales performances of the year.
